Qualitative method was adopted in this study, which involves observing in the field and talking with teachers and children. Concept, feature, function and cause analysis were put into practice in the research about the social interactions of preschool children in peer-conflict situation.As to the concept study, The so-called children's peer conflict behavior is defined as a situation where two children oppose each other because of ,such as material, role, ideas, profits, space oral dispute ,physical attack etc.According the discussions on the cause of peer-conflict, the types of peer-conflicts found at 3 seed classes (in three different kindergartens) can be grouped into four categories: insufficient materials(insufficient play materials\degree of friendship\space arrangement controversy\the opportunity for joining a game\the role for a game; ideas and rules dispute(classroom rules\ideas\different methods of play); physical attack(physical attack caused in playing games\physical collision by carelessness\physical attack of provoking\action for communication); oral attack.Three strategies types are used in children's conflicts: positive strategies\negative strategies\neutral strategies. Asking for help from the authority(including the teacher and their peers)is the most common choice at seed classes.The influencing factors of peer conflicts are analyzed from two aspects: individual factors and external factors(including family factors and school factors).The positive function and the educational values of the children's peer conflicts are analyzed in this research.The introspection of the children's peer conflicts in the kindergarten and self-examination of this research concludes this thesis.
