Private School Teachers Protection

Private education plays an important part in educational system, and non-civil school teachers are vital to private education. However realistically, these legal rights are not fully safeguarded. Eg. They're lack legal rights of social securities, re-education and democratic management which influence the development of private education. This dissertation is composed of five chapters concerning on non-civil school teachers in Suzhou, Anhui Province.In the preface, it introduces us the significant of the dissertation, related concepts of dissertation, research means and thinks, and so on. Chapter I gives us a profile of the status of private education and teachers in Suzhou, Anhui Province by literature. Through investigates and studies, chapter II analyzes the implement of teachers' rights safeguarding. Chapter III compares the relationship between civil-school teachers and government and schools, non-civil school teachers and government and schools. Then, the dissertation deeply analyzes the reason why the teachers cannot obtain legal rights. According to main contents of Chapter II and III, some suggestions and advices are given in the last chapter, such as the status of non-civil schools and teachers should be re-located, School affairs public should be implemented to courage teachers to manage, new means to re-education should be extended, and so on.
