| With the development of adult education, its professionalization has become an current that can't be conversed. While in this course, the key lies in the professionalization of adult education workers, which inevitably includes the professionalization of adult education managers. This paper, according to explanation of related concepts and theories, aims at investigating the content and theoretical groundwork of these managers' professional knowledge and skill construction. And then the paper tries to put forward the " should" state of these managers' professional knowledge and skill structrue. On the basis of comparative research and practical research, it introspects our present conditon of adult education managers' professional knowledge and skill construction, subsequently putting forward the solutions.In the reading of concepts, the paper emphasizes the explanation of two concepts-professional managers of adult education and professional knowledge and skill of adult education managers', dividing the professional managers of adult education into five types adult education managers, considering the professional knowledge and skill of adult education managers' a developing concept.In the construction of "should" state of these managers' professional knowledge and skill structrue, it classifies this professional knowledge structure into professional knowledge, conditional knowledge and practical knowledge, and then classifies their skill structure into professional core skill, professional general skill and professional special skill. Besides, the paper is directed at concrete discussion about every type of knowledge and skill, putting forward the more detailed and more correct structure of professional knowledge and skill of adult education managers'.In the introspection of present condition, we find two problems, that is, low level and unrational structure of professional knowledge and skill of adult education managers', thereafter analysing the reasons. On the basis of understanding and analysing, we put forward the related solutions, which mainly are improving the consciousness, enhancing the laws construction, strengthening the theory research, pushing forward the organization construction, establishing the occupation standard, promoting the construction aim, perfecting the course design, speeding the organization construction and so on. |
