High School Biology Awareness On The Structure, Characteristics And Influencing Factors Research

Problem awareness is one of the hot issue on educational research in recent years. Viewing the latest research on problem awareness, we found that the concept and construct of it was unclear and there was no a correspondingly integrated measuring means with better credibility and validity.On account of it, we tried to research the construct of problem awareness by combining theory with practice from aspect of biology and established surveying instrument about biological problem awareness with better credibility and validity. At the same time, the developing trait of biological problem awareness was discussed and the model for explaining correlative data was formed. Besides, we explored the important influencing factors on biological problem awareness, especially in classroom.The research consisted of six sections. The first section was the summarize of problem awareness and the construct of it was established in the second section. The surveying instrument was accomplished in the third and forth part. In the fifth section, we explored the trait of biological problem awareness and built the preliminary model for explaining data. The influencing factors was confirmed by statistical analysis in the last section.The fundamental construct of biological problem awareness was established by both theory and practice studying and the primary concept of " biological problem awareness" was measurablely defined. Afterwards, we obtained the basic elements of the primary concept in the way of the "logical concept analysis". Transforming the most subordinate element twice, we finally got the surveying scale including of 102 items which consisted of four sub-scales (cognitive conflict, affective tendency, behavior tendency and lies surveyed). The result showed that most elements accorded with the theory construct except minority and the credibility and validity were better. In addition, the data explaining model was established about grade, learning interest and attitude by exploring the differences between variables. Besides, the statistics also indicated that individual, family,school and society factor had both direct and indirect effect on problem awareness and different variable had diverse effect.
