The biology discipline is a knowledge structure system which is composed of the interrelations of the concept and concept of biology.The biological concept teaching in senior high school is the key and difficult points of high school biology teaching.It is the key to the success or failure of biology teaching in high school.It is the main task of biology teaching to promote students to understand and construct biological concepts in depth.In the background of new curriculum reform,it is very important to explore a new teaching strategy to instruct students to understand the biological concepts effectively in-depth.The "problem string-concept map" is a kind of teaching strategy that leads students to understand and construct biological concepts deeply with the clue of problem string,and presents the biological thinking process and knowledge network by the concept map which is a graphical tool,to promote the students' meaningful learning.it can help students to construct a system of knowledge structure,and develop the students' subjective initiative,change the cognitive style.However,there are few researches on the application of "problem string-concept map" strategy.Therefore,this study attempts to introduce the "problem string-concept map" strategy into the concept teaching to test the practical teaching effect of this strategy in the teaching.This study is based on schema theory,information processing learning theory,constructivism theory and double coding theory.The human version of "molecular and cell" is the carrier,It carried out a semester experiment on four parallel classes in senior high school by the methods of literature analysis,investigation,interview and experimental research.The main body of the thesis is divided into six parts:The first part:established the topic.This paper clarifies the significance and research direction of the topic by combining the educational background of curriculum reform and the present situation of high school biological concept learning,and combing the domestic and foreign research status of the problem string and the concept map.The second part:theory overview.The types,setting and compilation principles and steps ofproblem string and concept map are summarized,and related theoretical foundations are also outlined.The third part: application mode.The general mode of this strategy is "definite theme--defining core concept--design problem string--problem modeling--evaluation and perfection",by the comparison and analysis of the application of the "problem string-concept map" strategy in different classes.The fourth part: experimental study.Before the experiment,the students' learning attitude,learning interest,strategies and methods of biological learning were investigated by questionnaire survey and interview.The results show that the students' interest in learning is low,it is generally believed that the concepts of biology are many,and the fragmentary comprehensiveness of concept learning is poor.The paper introduced the strategy of "problem string-concept map" in the experimental class on the basis of analyzing the concept system of "molecule and cell",and analyzed the results of pre test,post test,questionnaire,interview and students' classroom atmosphere.The following conclusions can be drawn:The learning situation has improved significantly by using problem strings to guide students to build biological concept maps.The main manifestation is that: 1.the students' interest is improved in learning,and their enthusiasm and initiative are strengthened,the learning goal is clear;2.it promotes students to understand the concept of biology in depth,and makes knowledge more systematized and structured;3.it strengthens the internalization absorptive capacity of students,and improves the ability of comprehensive analysis;4.it cultivates students' ability to summarize and improves their academic achievements.The fifth part:Case set.Some cases in teaching using "problem string concept map" strategy in teaching are summarized.The sixth part:Through the teaching practice research,it puts forward the following suggestions on the application of "problem on the concept map" strategy:1.The necessity,the strategy should be used in accordance with the structure of the teaching content to avoid the distortion of the knowledge structure.2.The difference,it should be taken into consideration ofstudents' psychological and personality differences to design concept map,and the innovation of knowledge reintegration should be advocated.3.Gradually,it should gradually guide the students to construct the biological concept map according to the teaching plan.
