| Learning School is an issue in school construction, and plays an important role in current education reform. It not only relates to microcosmic issue of learning school's internal system factor, but also pays attention to the macroscopical issue of learning school's external relations and social orientation. Because school belongs to the third sector, learning school is a kind of school characterized by the third sector. According to the theory of the third sector, this thesis discusses and analyses learning school's character, meanwhile, the process of analyzing testifies the third sector character of learning school.This issue adopts "Equality, Efficiency and Humanism" to analyse the character of learning school as the third sector. The third sector is the department outside government (the first sector) and enterprise (the second sector), but it is still in connection with them, including both commonness and difference.First, equality is the main function of the government with a kind of manipulative quality, which is different from that in learning school as an independent one. So, independent equality is the main character of learning school as the third sector. Independent equality indicates that government plays a positive role in the construction of learning school as the third sector, that is, government should provide the "governance" political environment and expose some effective function in school's construction. In addition, independent equality stimulates learning school that is a kind of the third sector to create some spiritual power politically, and to realize autonomy status.Secondly, efficiency is the main function of enterprise. However, there is a difference between the function of enterprise and that of learning school, that is, the instrumental efficiency and value-efficiency. Well, value-efficiency is the primary character of learning school as the third sector, which indicates enterprise should take some positive effect in the construction of the third sector's learning school. Besides, value-efficiency will push the construction of it.Thirdly, we can't deny a fact that the shortage of humanism is the common feature of government and enterprise. Now, I'd like to state that the spirit of humanism is the most apparent character of the third sector. And the spirit of humanism in the third sector's learning school is voluntary. Here, the voluntary humanism owns two functions, including both orientation and construction of third sector. |
