This paper attempts to explore the reasons for the phenomenon of "Aphasia" in class based on the investigation in two primary schools in Xuchang City and brings forward some suggestions for reference.By "Aphasia" in this paper it means that student neither give a positive response to teacher's question nor raise any questions in class in the primary school, which does harm to students' thinking, study, self-performance and their communication ability. This phenomenon of "Aphasia" is caused by many factors including the features of students' psychological development, the influence of their families and teachers' inappropriate evaluation, unintentional ignorance, and laggard teaching methods, etc.Based on the problems above, this paper tries to offer some solutions as follows: Firstly, traditional concepts of education should be changed while the idea of harmonious development of both physical and mental health has to be fostered. Secondly, teachers should pay attention to their skills of raising questions. Thirdly, teachers are supposed to make balanced evaluation.
