Education Equipment Performance Evaluation Studies

With the development of science, various hardware facilities were developed and got universal application in social life and production.The education equipment has become necessary to the education in the current school system.It plays an important role in guaranting the day-to-day teaching, and enhancing the effectiveness of teaching. In recent years, lots of money was put into the field of education equipment,and a number of hardware facilities were build or update.The education conditions was improved,but on the other side,it meant more pressure and more denandings for the management of educational equipment. It is understand that a considerable number of teaching units get a bad management of educational equipment, and a poor equipment performance, This is not only idle equipment and funds, but also it does nothing to raising the level of teaching. Therefore, we focus on the issue of management of educational equipment, trying to establish a scientific evaluation theory and methods for educational equipment effectiveness .I hope this will do something for the schools to carry out evaluation of the effectiveness of educational equipment ,and helps to improve the standard of teaching,I also hope it will finish the theory of educational equipment.The framework of the paper was designed as three parts: Literature Review and Investigation, theory building , practice and exploration . Firstly, literature review and survey research helps to understand the current status of educational equipment effectiveness evaluation of the education sector. The development of the theory was stated.And according to the inadequacies of theoretical study and practice,I inspected the development and research results of some similar fields,and summed up the research results of the theory and methods of comprehensive evaluation,so I got the foundation of the theory research for evaluation of educational equipment effectiveness.Second, I clarified some concepts of the educational equipment,and analyzed the effectiveness of educational equipment,so I formed the general steps and a model for the evaluation of educational equipment effectiveness.Finally, in the light of the above theoretical research results, the evaluation model was specified,and a effectiveness evaluation was carried out against the experiment teaching system of the electronic circuits.The effectiveness of this system was clarifyed based on the evaluation result,and the adverse factors were also noted.Through the effectiveness evaluation , the theory was tested and the inadequacies were improved.
