School-choice is a focus on education-reform now in compulsory education in the nineties of 20th century, ardent controversies in all kinds of works especially in academia field is inspired, but it is still indefinite, that means different people have different opinions on it.It is a definite fact that educational resources in our country are distributed unequally because of some historical cause. The contradiction between the lack of good educational resources and the high consciousness of accepting high-quality education results in acute school-choice. School-choice is the result of educational system reform in developed countries, but it is still a spontaneous phenomenon in our country. Why dose the more frequent prohibition from China Government, the hotter school-choice in reality is. The thesis by comparison and analysis the present condition of school-choice in America, the paper presents the problems of school-choice in our country; Subsequently, why school-choice is still overspread so quickly in spite of prohibition from the related educational administrative again and again, the paper concludes that school-choice is closely related to the all kinds of interests. At last, the paper insists on that simple ban on school-choice in our country is not reasonable and almost is impossible, the construction of effective system is the best way to deal with it.The paper consists of five parts in all.
