The thesis by comparison and analysis the present condition of school-choice in America, the paper presents the problems of school-choice in our country; Subsequently, why school-choice is still overspread so quickly in spite of prohibition from the related educational administrative again and again, the paper concludes that school-choice is closely related to the all kinds of interests. Chapter four, reasons for school-choice which is not stopped by bans from Government Chapter five, some recommendations, points out that school-choice wouldn't disappear by the forbid from the Government owing to the multiple reasons, especially the interests, what the Government should do is lead parents to build up correct ideas about school-choice, in order to achieve the effect that thought choose school, the order of teaching is still in good condition.
