Our research is based on the practical work on class 8 which is in 2005~2006 academic year of an ordinary middle school in Beijing Changping district. This paper illustrates some operations and measures to how to improve the efficiency of class management, which are realized from constructing class, training daily behavior, dealing with interpersonal relation, organizing class activities and so on. Class management's efficacy is proved by the information that is obtained from the general improvement of the students' performances, implementation of moral education's requirements, and satisfaction degree of students and parents. We deduced the education principle and the working methods from the students' performances, grades of moral education and the parents' satisfactory degree, which should be followed in the headteacher's work. The analyses on related cases show that the following measures are necessary to get good effect on class management in ordinary middle school: be student-oriented. Pay attention to students' mental health education . Try to get more foreign aids of students' parents. In the last section, as a head teacher, I have thought in this research in these respects of managing idea, actuality of ordinary middle school and schooling.
