Psychologists get the conclusion from a lot of psychological experiments: adjustment is the main cause in the development of children and adolescents. To analyze children and adolescents social adjustment, school adjustment is an important cause. A good school adjustment is not only the main standard of the health of children, but also the main aid to promote the quality education. A good school adjustment can express as one basically reach the school educational aid, successfully finish the study, get to know how to communicate with others, build up the correct outlook on life and outlook of value, as well as obtain the healthy personality. In the west psychological world, cross-culture approach is the most hopeful and meaningful new approach. It focuses on characters of the individual or group in two or more than two different culture background. These are to reveal the human's behavior and psychology in the different culture, which have theory and practical importance to set up scientific psychological theory and explain the universality of human's behavior. So the thesis selected pupil in Han nationality and other national minority in Yunnan. Using parental education-breeding style and teacher-student relation as the independent variable, school adjustment as the dependent variable, with the statistics methods of analysis of variance, correlation, regression, and the structure model, analyzing the relationship between the three and compare the result in different nationality.Conclusion:( 1 ) Pupil's school adjustment, Parental education-breeding style and teacher-student relation are dangerous in relatively Yunnan. Improving the standards of the pupil's school adjustment, optimizing parental education-breeding style, andbuilding a harmonious teacher-student relation are emergency things.(2) National minority and Han nationality pupils have no remarkable difference, but in the behavior of opposite-society national minority higher than Han nationality.( 3 ) The national minority pupils avoided teacher more obvious than Han nationality.
