Graduate Students' Ideological And Political Education Management System To Explore

Stepping into the new century, more and more postgraduate students are admitted into the university, which is also adaptable to the fast development of the social economy. As a result of this, more and more new phenomena and problems arise. Then how to construct the management system of political and ideological education becomes the new topic about political and ideological education to those postgraduate students. My thesis proceeds with the history of political and ideological education to postgraduate students. Systematically, I probe into the necessity, target, principle, the key fields of the innovation of political and ideological education to postgraduate students. My thesis points out that the main target of the future political and ideological education is to build an open, harmonious, interactive and effective management system of political and ideological education to postgraduate students. According to this target, we should adjust and consummate the system mainly in the fields of leadership system, organizational design, team construction, tutor's instruction, Party and League organizations as well as system construction. As a result of this, we can improve the effectiveness and elevate the level of political and ideological education to postgraduate students. The thesis is composed of four parts. In the first part, the course of the development of political and ideological education to postgraduate students is reviewed. In the second part, the main reason of the innovation of the system is analyzed. In the third part, the target and principle of the innovation of the system is dissertated. In the fourth part, I mainly discuss the key fields of management system of political and ideological education to postgraduate students.
