With the multimedia technology, the schools networks and the Internet is becoming increasingly popular since the 1990s, and people began to explore what is the Information Literacy. The Information Literacy brings new life forms and new concepts, they have a tremendous impact on human society. This impact does an exceptional role in the field of education. With this background, research and explore a new type of learning and teaching methods is a significant matter.Our educational field has just begun to study how to integrate ICT into curriculum at the beginning of year 2000. Physics teaching researchers and educators did various studies on how to make the integration of physics courses and ICT. But most of the research was only to explore the effective applications of technology tools. This study led to the lack of cultural identity of physics courses.The research paper re-examines the ICT and physics courses integration from the perspective of the Information Literacy. At the same time, the paper based on typical cases of ICT applications in physics teaching, hoping to raise the professional level of physics teachers.
