This dissertation is based on the investigation of two schools as the samples, through the questionnaire and interview about the senior grades's lessons burden . It shows that they spend too much more time at school , doing their homework and having the examinations .Even they have no free time and hobbies. They all have the heavy psychological burden . The reason of these phenomena is from the current education itself, also the deep social and economic culture factor. From the school level, it's lack of the school principals and teachers' professional training. The teachers' quality doesn't accord with the reform of the elementary education. The school has no decision-making power, and the course of management is close too.. They cause all the schools'work around with the marks and the rate of entering the higher school. From the administration section , the system of education, management isn't smooth, and the evaluation of education is inappropriate .They make the administration sections disobey the regulation of education. The basic reasons hiding these phenomena are the current high test system, the alienation of normal teaching and the heritage of traditional culture of learning well. |
