| This is a survey to the teachers' training of the New Curriculum Reform in LuoDing city, GuangDong province. LuoDing is a special, behindhand county city. The New Curriculum Reform began in autumn, 2002, which gained many achievements but at the same time discovered a lot of problems. Teachers' training is a pivotal step in the reform. There are three levels in this region: province, city and school. This thesis did a deep research to the administrative system and result of teachers' training, to reflect the real situations and problems of the teachers' training of the New Curriculum Reform in LuoDing. Nowaday the researches mainly emphasize particularly on discussion and experience, and like this survey it is few. There are so many country cities as LuoDing in China. I believe this thesis must bring apocalypses to the other regions. |
