Chosen the knowledge structure as a cut-in point, this research analyzed the law and trend of the junior high school textbook's development and evolvement by text contrast and anthropological field work from a angle of history and reality. In addition, under the dialectical materialism's guidance, this research probed into discovering the essence and intention of the knowledge structure of mathematical textbook and establishing the view and point of the junior high school textbook knowledge structure. All this aimed to offer theory foundation for the new junior high school math textbook and offer advices and ideals for the further edit of the new textbook.Textbook research is an important part of the element education course reformation and the key factor for its successes as well, and knowledge structure is the core and essence of the textbook research, so choose the knowledge structure as a cut-in point will help to research the textbook reformation essentially.This research which used the education anthropological fieldwork as the mainly method is a practical research to two series junior high school textbooks which used by Beijing city.Helped with etic and emic research of cultural materialism, this research mainly followed the way of anthological fieldwork, that is to say, the method of field work-text writing-theory interpretation. In this paper, we described the change and characters of the textbook knowledge structure, and explained its meanings from the view of an educational anthropologist. In detail, this paper consists three parts:Part one, by text analyses of the exterior form of textbook knowledge structure-the content of the textbook, generally described its changes and characters.Part two, by the way of cultural anthropology emic research, showed and displayed the view and point of culture loaders-the users and editors of new textbooks, and all sorts of people's requires and advices to new textbooks as well.Part three, we expatiated our advices and views from a view of etic researcher. In this part, we used the way of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis as a whole to analyze the recourses which taken from the field work, and explained the reality of textbook structure reformation reasonably.
