With the development of basic education curriculum reform,"process and methods" was placed on the important dimension of the curriculum, and the curriculum standards also made multiple references to scientific methods education. Thus, this paper applies the idea of scientific methods evidentization to the research of the knowledge structure of the chapters in the senior high school physics (Elective3-1"magnetic field", for example), expecting to help students to construct systemic knowledge structure and stable cognitive structure, and to improve the quality and effectiveness of physics learning, and lay a methodological basis for the lifelong learning for students. This paper consists of seven sections.Section One introduces the background of the issue and the status of research, and describes the design and the significance of the research.Section Two introduces the theoretical basis of the research, including the scientific methods theory and model theory.Section Three, based on the situation that existing supplementary books failed to comb the acquisition of knowledge of the "magnetic" part adequately, carries out the research with the main line of physical methods.Section Four, based on the situation that existing supplementary books failed to comb the application of knowledge of the "magnetic" part adequately, carries out the research with the main line of model methods.Section Five discusses the research on the acquisition and application of knowledge of the "magnetic" part, and elaborates the educational value of this research.Section Six draws two conclusions of this research.Section Seven presents four teaching advices for the teachers for reference, based on the conclusion of this research.
