With the rapid development of the knowledge-based economy,as the professional organizations to elevate the hign-level drain,the universities and colleges become more and more important. At the same time,accompanying with the reformation of the high-level education in our country.the reformation and creation of the universities and colleges construction and management become the core which the society cares for. There is an important thing:how the changes bring pressure to the administratives of high education systems,and how the persons face to the pressure.This text concludes by the questionnaire method that:the pressure of the administratives of high education systems comes from many ascepts,specially working factor.The personnal character,value,technical ability and the attitude of the whole society to the universities and their administratives all can cause the pressures which responds to motion and body.The administratives of high education systems in SiChuan province are almost optimical when facing the pressure,however,there are different methods for different persons to solve it.Facing to the questions which are brought by the pressure,the administratives is apt to the optimical behaviors to solve the problem.This text also puts forward some organizational and personnal solvements to relive the pressure of the administratives of,in order to push the administration of the high education systems in our country in some extend.
