The development of education can't depart teacher, and the mathematics teachers act the most important characters in the reformation of mathematics education. The mathematics teachers' monitoring capability is the ability in the process of teachers' controlling and regulation to the teaching activity that they engage in, it is not only having important influence on teaching activity of the mathematics teacher, but also influence the development of student's mathematics ability and improvement of the study through the teaching activity, it is one of the important quality that the contemporary teacher should possess. Research subject is the investigation of the current mathematics teacher's monitoring capability in the high school. Firsthand information and data of the study is from questionnaire investigation, listening to their lessons and talking face to face, from what Nanjing save and collect in 45 mathematics teachers of the high school chosen, analysis and data processing have used determining the nature and quantitative research approach, qualitative method is coming from listening to their lessons and talking face to face, the quantitative method is coming from the data of questionnaire investigation, these two kinds of methods can verify and complement each other. The main conclusion of this research is ,The teacher 's level still exists different degree in each dimension of the structure of the mathematics teachers' monitoring capability , particularly in "the self-reflection after class";The teacher's teaching motive level, return reasoning, and the teacher's mathematics education idea and the attitude have the most influence on the development of the mathematics teachers' monitoring capability.This thesis consists of six chapters altogether, Chapter 1 explain the research that institute this propose background and the problems that solve wanted of problem and the necessity of mis research; Chapter 2 set up the content structure of the mathematics teachers' monitoring capability on the basis of the thing that through analyzing and summarizing to a large number of documents that sum up; Chapter 3 set up the basic thought frame of controlling mathematics teachers' capability on the basis of the theory of the mathematics teachers' monitoring capability; Chapter 4 state the design studying on the level of the present mathematics teachers' monitoring capability Chapter 5 state in the past control discovery obtained of the structure and the affecting factor of the mathematics teachers' monitoring capability; Chapter 6 put forward the suggestions that develop the mathematics teachers' monitoring capability and the problem need further thinking. |
