The development of education can't depart teacher, and the teachers act the most important characters in the reformation of education. Without doubt, the mathematics teachers are one important part of them. No their development, no success of the reformation of education. the mathematics teachers` monitoring capability whether mathematics teacher carry on oneself regulate and ability that control to mathematics` teaching activity oneself engaged in, it is not only having important influence on teaching activity of the mathematics teacher, but also teach through its the activity influence the development of student's mathematics ability and improvement of the study, it is one of the important quality which the contemporary scientific type teacher should possess .Research subject is mathematics Mr. how classroom instruction , development of they monitor ability? Firsthand information and data that study to listen to the teacher with Mr. speaking face to face through questionnaire investigation , classroom, from what Hebei and Guangxi save and collect in 55 mathematics teachers of high school of 5 middle schools chosen, analysis and data processing have used determining the nature and quantitative research approach, qualitative method is it come from classroom listen to the teacher datum that talk to one to use for mainly, the quantitative method is used for coming from the data of questionnaire investigation mainly, these two kinds of methods can verify , complement each other.The main conclusion of this research is, say on the whole , the teacher , " one's own teaching experience is with reviewing " , " students' feedback information " is that they develop the most important source of monitoring ability of one's own classroom instruction, " and "daily conclusion of colleague "," participate in organized professional activity " it " reads professional books and periodicals and teaches auxiliary materials " to be important source too, but " as experience at the student " , " prejob training "," organized vocational training that participate in after not teaching " important source least. This thesis consists of five chapters altogether, chapter 1 explain research institute this propose background and problem that solve wanted of problem and carry on necessity of research this; Chapter 2 on the basis of the thing that through analyzing and summarizing to a large number of documents that sum up , control to teaching , mathematics of Mr. intension structure of ability structure, have set up the thought frame of controlling ability of teacher's teaching of mathematics of examining. Classroom instruction, mathematics of Mr. among them monitor ability divide into for to prepare lesson ability, monitoring the ability, summary ability after class of the course lesson. The source of corresponding monitor ability includes teacher's experience of middle and primary schools study in the past, prejob training, on-the-job training, organized professional activity, daily exchange, reading the specialized books and periodicals and teaching auxiliary materials, one's own teaching experience and feedback information of reviewing, drawing students of listening to the teacher in the classroom, and colleague, and so on.
