Problem consciousness and ability of producing problems are thinking drive and he cradle of innovation spirit. Strengthening students' problem consciousness is the ailing of the new curriculum reform and the starting of the students' innovation ability. t is the common idea of Chinese or foreign scholars to highly attach importance to cultivating the students' problem consciousness and ability of producing problems. Through investigations, we have found that it is a practical problem that the students' problem consciousness is dim and their abilities of producing problems are worrying. Below is its main manifestations: l.not daring or not being willing to put forward problems;2.not being able to or not being good at putting forward problems. This paper sets forth the importance of cultivating students' problem consciousness and improving their abilities of producing problems. During the course of teaching practice in physics, through different approaches, we have done some attempts on how to cultivate the students' problem consciousness and how to improve the students' abilities of producing problems.1. building good classroom atmosphere to make the students be bold to ask questions.2.setting up problem conditions to make the students want to ask questions.3.enlightening, leading and demonstrating to make the students be able to ask qestions.4.timingly evaluating to make the students be good at asking questions. The results of practice study:Through one-year teaching practice, the results show: most students' problem consciousness and abilities of producing problems are highly improved. The students' positivism and go-aheadism are heightened. Students' passive attitudes towards nitiative thinking and positively producing problems are changed Most students' performances are increased.
