Whereas, the cultivation of emotion quotient is easily be ignored. According to modern education researches, teachers' good emotion quotient will exert a subtle influence on students. It helps to facilitate the realization of all-sided development education objective;to promote the creation capability of teachers and students, which in turn, helps to gain a better education effect. Therefore, teachers should change their education notion of utility, pay more attention to the mastery of emotional communication skill with students, and learn relative courses on emotion quotient to increase their emotion quotient level.Modern perceiving psychology holds the point of view that learners always reflect towards cognition and emotion. The principal part's reflection towards outside in formations relies not only on his perceiving framework but also on his mentality framework. The mentality framework rests with the emotion quotient of the principal part. During the study process of middle school mathematics, mental factor is dominating.
