The Information Time need people to acquire information Literacy. Good information Literacy is an important factor to win in the competition. The information technology permeates through all respects of modern education day by day and change the traditional teaching way and content of courses constantly. Information Literacy is the foundation to obtain life-long education. It is very important to cultivate students' information Literacy since in the stage of the primary school. It is not only the content of Literacy search courses, but also the basic demand of school education in the information societyAs a Chinese teacher, how to use the modem information technology appropriately and reasonably in Chinese teaching, to train students' information Literacy consciously becomes a very realistic and meaningful subject. This thesis uses the theory to combine with reality, comparing history with reality; theory analysis and real example research approach deeply research the problem.The thesis divides into five chapters. Chapter one is foreword, which explained the background and meaning of this selected topical. Chapter two introduced the meaning of information Literacy and relevant concepts. Chapter three expound the how to make prepare in Chinese teaching training information Literacy and Chinese information-based teaching principle which should notice in the teaching. Chapter four expounded how to do in training students' information Literacy in Chinese teaching in primary school. Chapter five is the conclusion and enlightenment of this research.The cultivation and improving student's information Literacy is system engineering. The purpose of cultivation information Literacy core is to train students' information consciousness and improve student ability to confirm, obtain, file and use information. While combining the information technology and Chinese teaching, the characteristic of Chinese should be reflected fully. This kind of Combination is efficient, which not only achieve the goal of training student'sinformation Literacy but also get the result of improving Chinese teaching. In addition, teacher obtaining certain information Literacy is the prerequisite and key to cultivate and improve the student information Literacy. According to student different psychology, physiological characteristic, cognitive law and school of age bracket, make the rational information Literacy train objective to classify analyzing in different information technology depth degree course. Take corresponding information Literacy to train the method and tactics rationally. According to different contents of Chinese teaching, seek the combination point with the information technology. In this way, we can get the result of improving Chinese teaching. Meanwhile, we also can train the pupil's information consciousness and promote information Literacy level in an all-round way.
