The education of MBA has developed over ten years in China. At present, it faces to all round challenges. Among them the most important thing is how to ensure education quality in fierce competition. In order to make success in recruiting students, some business schools have begun to make promotions and have made some effects. But systematic promotions have not been adopted at all.On the basis of introducing the whole market of Chinese MBA and the actuality of promotion means, this paper analyzes problems in Chinese MBA promotion means. By learning from foreign experiences of education and promotion, this paper puts forward systematic promotion pattern that is guided by marker and focuses on quality.The education quality is the base of perpetual development of MBA program. In the systematic promotion pattern, all teachers and students of business school are main body, the teaching works and serving activities are organic components. All of this is for the purpose of improving education quality to cater for market requirements. Concentrating on quality and market, this paper gives detailed and material analysis from market segment, program orientation and promotion combination, among them the introduction about method of market orientation of MBA school is the key stone. This paper also presents some new views about MBA program designing, such as setting up curricula about Chinese traditional culture and providing high value-added service. Some new promotion means including network promotion and reputation promotion areintroduced in this paper. In the end, this paper designs a simple promotion mode according to some particular situation of a MBA school.
