As a core element of Chinese classic aesthetics, the principle of classic poetics is an important and charming spirit culture of Chinese nation. Its various category and elementary states and emphasis on level, temperament, essence of style, fathom, taste and regeneration may completely become important resources of Chinese teaching in middle school. Furthermore, it shares many inherently jointing points with basic concepts currently supported by new text criterion in the circle of education. Such a jointing of classic and contemporary is an infusion of culture, development and education. Therefore it deserves of sufficient attention, try, operation and implementation. This article mainly explores and discusses enlightening role of classic poetics in many key points in the Chinese teaching in middle school such as reading, fostering sense of intonation and writing compositions.
