It is well known that teacher is an important role in education. So how to transform "the theory advocated" to "the theory adopted" and how to make the two theories uniform is very necessary to the teacher. It's lucky that beneficial research has been made.Reflective teaching has been prevailing in some Occident developed countries from 80s in 20th century. With the coming out of this new education idea, the whole education field was activated. But the modern situation of the application in China is not so well as we expected, also the research report about it is rarely.Here first explored the occidental origin of reflective education, enumerate several populated models of the reflective teaching and analyzed the theatrical basis and realistic requirement reason for its rapid development in such a short time. Pointed out the basic properties of reflective teaching, and especially suggested that the teacher should be trained.To the idea of "reflection is a process", expounded the management of the reflective education and the important role of the teaching strategy with examples. Combined with my class experience, discussed the possibility of the reflective teaching in chemistry class. Then specialized the standard of the reflective teaching evaluation, which can examine and promote the education quality. |
