The reflective teaching is a kind of action study aimed at pursuing reasonably of teaching.It is an effective resolution to the practical problem on teaching for achieving thedevelopment of teachers and students .Teachers can cultivate their awareness of the problemsin teaching process ,through the reflective teaching and they can turn "the problems" into "thesubjects" to experiment and study ,They also can form their own theories in the teaching cases.Teachers reflect themselves teaching event in the practice and they study in the reflection, andthey teaching and formed their distinctive theories with advantage, and combine the students'self—learning and the capability of teachers' teaching in an effort make the teaching methodmore reasonable. The whole process of this study involve in all the teachers who participatedin it. They analysis and make the teachers' self—evaluation table of their daily teaching andthe student evaluation to evaluate their teachers.They also have done statistics the appraisedresult about two kinds evaluation table and every step of the project. Teachers are subject ofexperiment to take part in it, so this project make teachers to be a master to study. Teachersstudy their own problems and do their own study Part 1 Putting forward the problem. According to the teaching and experimence of theexpert teachers to put forward the theory assumption that is "The reflective teaching is aneffective means to promote the development of the teachers and students" Part 2 Literature review. Summing up the theories of the reflective teaching, according toits state of nation and international taking the concept of the reflective teaching Part 3 Practice and Study. Taking the means of analysis of factors and investigate andevaluate and teaching experimenter to demonstrable the assume of theory of this project. Part 4 On reflection of the reflective teaching. Through the Analysis and explain of theresult of the changes on the project and how to make the evaluation tables in order to putforward several inspirational ideas.
