The "processteaching" is brought forward to against the " conclusion_teaching" patten which overlooked the process and ways in classroom but only stressed the attaining goal and needed results for teaching. it on one hand let students master the accurate knowledge and ideas, it highlights a new kind of teaching which asks students experience the process of "knowledge and idea reacting ". with an view to establishing a scheme for estimating teaching from a primary school, this thesis works on how to apply this "process-teaching" into daily teaching practice.After seeking out the sources of "process_teaching" theory and collecting and appraising teaching cases, the major characteristics of "processteaching" has been presented. But there remains a fact that teachers can not apply it into class properly. Therefore using participating training can allow teachers to go through the constructing process of teaching estimated scheme correspond to "process teaching" theory and in the mean while make teaching evaluation reform achieve succsess with teaching reform simultaneously. It is also a way of schoolbased training in accordance with "processteaching" theory, which will increase teachers understanding of those theory.The conclusion of this study is that: 1) the class of "processteaching" should have those characteristics of question elicitation, harmonious conversation between teachers and students, goal and effect making , valid transference and extending, showing teaching process. 2) the process teaching evaluation is a kind of evaluations that paid high attention to the conversation between teachers and students.3)the participated training under the guidance of the "process_teaching" theory can help teachers understand and apply those teaching theoy.
