The study, taking Art Pedagogy, Musical Subject Pedagogy, Musical Esthetics, Musical Educational Psychology and so on as theoretical basis and from the angle of courses integration, makes exploration of educational methods connecting music and dancing in music course of both middle school and primary school from both theoretical and practical aspects. Music and dancing integration teaching raised in the article means integration of music with its sister art, dancing in the course of music teaching in both middle school and primary school, making students understand and grasp a certain basic knowledge of dancing art at meantime of learning and feeling music, thus broadening students' article sight and raising students' musical cultural quality from all aspects.The article is divided into three parts: The first part: the necessity of music and dancing integrated teaching. First the article discusses the requirements for courses integration raised by the reform of basic educational courses to prove that raising of music and dancing integration teaching is in line with educational reformdevelopment trend. In the following through analysis of shortcomings existing in the present music teaching, it demonstrates that raising of music and dancing integrated teaching is also the requirement of music educational reform and development. Then in regard to music teaching, through analysis of present situation of music teaching, it points out that music and dancing integrated teaching helps improvement of music teaching quality, illustrating actual meaning for implementation of music and dancing integrated teaching. Finally through discussion of important role of dancing in qualitative education, it demonstrates the necessity of music and dancing integrated teaching.The second part: feasibility analysis of music and dancing integrated teaching. The article analyzes the feasibility of music and dancing integrated teaching from such aspects as the source of the art, the relationship between music and dancing and article transferred epithet phenomenon. It also makes auxiliary demonstration through foreign famous music education teaching methods.
