School Different Types Of Teachers' It Application The Difference On The Research Report

After careful investigation, the author studied the difference of the teachers 'IT ability and tried to work out a solution to the improvement of the teachers' IT level and an efficient program of training ,management and assessment system so that to upgrade the school's overall IT development.The scientific study approach employed in this article consists interviews and questionnaires. By consulting the exports and visiting teachers , the author decided the criteria for the teachers' classification and the assessment lists ,which sorts the teachers into 9 types whose IT ability are assessed in the aspects of basic knowledge ,frequency of applying IT in class and the degree of using it. We find out that sex and language ability are not the factors that influence the teachers' IT level . Backbone teachers and common teachers ' basic IT knowledge are similar but the skills of using computers are different. Through careful study of the reasons that caused the differences , the main achievements and current problems are pointed out in the article, and finally a delicate proposal of staff training ,personnel management and assessment systems is presented to the school.
