Countryside employment technology education described hereafter is the widening and extension of past farmers education for the time being. The education serves for "San Nong" (countryside agriculture farmer) of countryside, agriculture and farmers. It called farmer education in some countries. The education is highly emphasized in developed countries and developing countries. The governments provide full finance support and allkinds of education ways. The education benefits countryside modernization in some countries much. Chinese central and local governments paid high attention to the education by financing, organizing and developing. In recent years, the education shows problems. Education aim is not clear; Education structure and positioning is not reasonable; teachers' qualification is lower.
