Teacher professional development is a hotspot question of international teacher education study field . But it is not a course naturally, it needs waking up and supporting through the effective intervention of the external world, needs external motive force to be identical with the teacher's inherent change strength. Making the transition in period in the society, the teachers of middle and primary schools train how to provide service and already become the focus that the society pays close attention to for teacher's professional development. It is exactly importance and urgency based on this question, this thesis has launched abundant demonstration. The thesis has been combed about teacher professional development and theoretical foundation which the teacher train at present at first, including teacher career development stage theory of Steffey, practice knowledge basic theory , adult education theory of M.S.Knowls; theory that teacher becomes a thinker and a researcher. These theories have offered important enlightenment for the fact that teacher train based on professional development. Secondly, take Qu fu of Shan dong as an example, carrying on the investigation and analysize on the current situation about teacher professional development and teacher train, which have offered the important practice basis for the teacher train based on professional development. Tactics that on the basis of the theoretical foundation and real example are investigated , have probed into the teacher train based on professional development emphatically in thesis: Based on teacher professional development, plans the training goal; Based on teacher's demand , structure the training content; the key thread to teacher participates, innovative training method; teacher professional development as motive force, implements the school originally train; Guide the design of teacher's career; Following guidance and service after training.
