Identity was put forward by Erikson as a famous psychologist veryfirst. Erikson think that Identity begins appear at the first stage ofindividual psychology-society development process, then form gradually,and penetrate throughout person's life. But It has the most importantsignificance of developing identity at youth. Establishing identity andavoiding diffusing identity become an important problem of youth period.It is also the most basic and major psychology-society task of youthperiod.With information time coming, propagation circumstances comes intobloom with each passing day. Youths can get in touch with various kindsof vehicle, so they can get much information freely. But there are notonly beneficial information, but also harmful information. When they getknowledge, they are given a lot of influence from harmful information.So youths side culture appear some characteristics, for example,vulgarize, unreal, following prevalence, and so on. In this situation,youths are easy to occur identity crisis, which is bad to youths Thereforeeducational institution must realize it, pay close attention to youthsside culture condition in information time, consider youths identity,build moral training system adapt to the time.The thesis consists of three parts: The first part is characteristicsof youths side culture by finding out the present conditions of youthsusing vehicle. The second part analyzes identity crisis of youths. Itincludes the theory of identity, society value conception, and the traitof the time. The third part discusses questions for study in order topromoting youths forming identity. On the basis of it, the thesis attemptsto organize three composite unit of teaching materials.
