| Popularizing 9-year compulsory education is a foundational work to improve the diathesis of a nation. It's a stratagem related to the development of a nation. We have made a lot of obvious achievements in popularizing 9-year compulsory education since 1980s and the fruits were inspiring. But at the same time we must notice that the large amount of dropout in rural middle schools are now troubling the development of rural education. The large amount of dropout in rural middle schools not only hold back the process of popularization of the 9-year compulsory education and the Two-Foundation work, but also affect the development of rural areas, even hold up the development of the whole nation. The phenomenon of rural middle school dropout has aroused the wide attention of all society. There have been a lot of experts to analyze the dropout phenomenon of the underdevelopment areas and have brought forward lots of solutions. But at all times the whole society focused on the phenomenon of dropout in underdevelopment areas . The government has ignored the dropout of county in the develop areas such as Liaozhong County. This paper tries to probe the deeper reason hiding behind the dropout and reveal the truth of the dropout and put forward feasibility solutions through on the spot investigation by the methods of questionnaire and visitation. The author believes that the dropout is a result of complex factors. All society should contribute to the task of the dropout control. |
