As an unattached required course, investigation study has been ranked in hour program of senior high school for more than three years. Meanwhile, as a way of study, investigation study has gradually changed the traditional form of course teaching. This thesis is based on the modern educational theories and traditional Chinese teaching educational experiences. To meet the needs of Chinese teaching educational reform in new century, the author expatiates the thought of re-construction in Chinese teaching design with the method of investigation study. It contains four parts. They are introduction as well as the background, meaning and characteristics of Chinese investigation study. With the different ways of introducing, the author divides the Chinese investigation study design into two parts, as the classroom investigation study and the general task investigation study.This thesis illuminates the essentiality and possibility by introducing investigation study to Chinese teaching, with the use of some practical thoughts and examples.
