Reflective teaching is an educational theory and practice rising in some western developed countries in 1980s .Since a few years ago ,it has been a hot research subject in our national educational teaching .Observing the present researching condition ,it is still rare to launch on experimental research on reflective teaching in academic subjects ,and no more in mathematics teaching of high school .In light of the present problems existing in mathematics teaching of high school ,this essay constructs the contents content of mathematics reflective teaching of high school ,and put forward several problems which should be paid close attention to in the designation of reflective teaching . In the meanwhile ,the experiential research on the reformation of mathematics teaching was carried out. What should be reflected and how to launch a reflective teaching in the process of carrying out a mathematics reflective teaching? This is the most important question this essay should answer .Reflective teaching has an aim to make students learn how to study and to make the teacher learn how to teach ,which actually is an integration of developing students and the teacher . Therefore ,this essay divides the contents of mathematics reflective teaching into two parts .One is students'reflection instructed by the teacher ,and the other is the teacher'self-reflection .Furthermore ,combining with the specific teaching cases ,this essay made a discussion of the two parts and provides substantial basis to the launch of reflective teaching .In order to smoothly launch the reflective teaching ,thus promoting the efficacy of classroom teaching ,this essay puts forward several should-pay-close-attention-to questions of reflective teaching ,which include creating circumstances ,attempting to explore ,adjusting reflection and reflective appraising .After a term's experimental research ,the experimental results indicate :several conclusions could be drawn prom this experimental research on reflective teaching .(Ⅰ) Strengthen students' interests on mathematics learning (Ⅱ) Promote students'various skills of mathematics learning .(Ⅲ) Promote students'academic achievement of mathematics .(Ⅳ) Change teachers'concepts of teaching and make a great progress in educational level.
