Teaching is a special activity of human being,which is composed of teachers' teaching and students' learning.In this activity,teachers should have a purpose,planned and organized to guide students to learn and master the system of cultural and scientific knowledge and skills,improve the quality of students,so that they can become the social needs of people.So,how to effectively carry out teaching? Because of the nature of mathematics itself,it is logical,rigorous and abstract.Therefore,in mathematics teaching,we should make rational use of reflection,make teachers teach,students learn.The reflection of mathematics teaching refers to the individual's understanding,supervision and regulation of their own teaching ideas and behaviors.The reflection of mathematics teaching is helpful to the development and growth of mathematics teachers.Teaching reflection is considered as one of the core factors of teacher professional development and self growth".In the course of mathematics reflective teaching,what are the reflections and how to carry out reflective teaching? What is the effect of the experiment? These aspects are the main problems to be solved in this study.This research is mainly based on the investigation of the high school mathematics teachers and students,and through case analysis and interviews and other means,to strengthen the reflective teaching in favor of ideas to improve classroom teaching and improve teaching effect,to carry out reflective teaching experiment for a semester.Combined with the teaching case put forward reflective teaching design,situational setting,mathematical problems from the mathematics classroom teaching target establishment,the research of mathematics teaching mathematics setting,selection of examples,the mathematics classroom summary of these 5 aspects to the implementation of reflective teaching.The experimental results show that the following 3 conclusions are drawn through the experimental study of reflective teaching:(1)the reflective teaching of mathematics can promote the reform of mathematics classroom and improve the teaching level of teachers;(2)mathematics reflective teaching is beneficial to the construction of students' mathematical knowledge,thus promoting their own development;(3)mathematics reflective teaching can improve students' interest in learning mathematics,correct learning attitude and change the way of learning,enhance students' ability of learning mathematics,and improve their mathematics achievement.
