Learning introspection is the course during which the students analyze and evaluate his cognition he has finished and something included in his cognition and then adjusts himself. Learning introspection is the import segment of mathematics learning, and is one of the chief mathematics learning patterns.Mathematics, with abstract objects, researchable activities, well-knit inference and special language, makes it impossible for middle school students, who remain at the fledging stage of thinking, to have an immediate, direct grasp of how it works inside. Only by repeated thinking exploratory studies and self-adjustment, that is, only by unremitting efforts to ruminate over what is learned in mathematics, can they acquire an insight into what happens inside mathematics. So rumination in mathematics learning is a key link in mathematics learning activities. Reflective learning is a way of learning through reflection on the learning process. It aims to make the learning process more reasonable and promote students' development. Training students' reflective learning ability, which is demanded by the basic educational reform, can help students learn how to learn and make innovation, and improve their scientific literacy. So it's very important for the teachers to train students' reflective learning ability in mathematics.This paper attempts to research on how to make students learn to study through training students' reflective learning ability in mathematics teaching, according to reflective learning and ability training and cultivating .This paper mainly defines reflective mathematics learning and the ability of mathematics reflection based on the theory of the cognition, the theory of constructivism and the theory of the humanism according to literature documents and materials about achievement. The development of reflective mathematics learning ability is an important respect in students' thinking ability development. The cultivation of students' reflective mathematics learning is to teach students to "learn to study". We should regard class-based teaching as the main channel. Its significance lies in 1. The research on the cultivation of students' reflective mathematics learning ability helps "to teach students how to learn" in mathematics teaching. 2. In mathematics teaching students should write diaries to consolidate students' mentality of reflection with the help of teachers and are given skills about reflection, and develop reflective learning habits and make students form good thinking qualities. On the other hand teachers should improve their reflective teaching ability, and make themselves become modern teachers.Through the study and experiment on reflective teaching, this paper verifies that it can motivate the students and develop their abilities. It is also one of the most important ways of active-development and self-improvement of the teachers.
