This thesis is based on the theory of sufficient study, the theory of psychology of learning tactics and the theories of education, which is associated with my teaching practice and consults other teachers' successful experience. It discussed how to learn chemistry notions sufficiently during the course of chemistry studying. This thesis categorized those assorted and diverse basic conceptions appearing in the chemistry textbooks used in high school, compared different conceptions utilizing different study tactics and valued their advantages and shortcomings, finally this thesis proved that one of study tactics is effective and sufficient. It's aim is to seek a sort of study pattern from practice, which accords with high school students' understanding regular patterns, and this study pattern can arouse student's learning interest, encourage students to explore chemistry knowledge actively and reflect creative minds. Moreover, this learning pattern can make students actively learn and study in life. This thesis also is a reference to high school chemistry teachers during their work.
