A Study On The Dilemma And The Way Out Of "Full Course Content And Sufficient Course Length" In Urban Primary Schools In Kaizhou District,Chongqing

In September 2018,general secretary xi made it clear at the national education conference: "we should establish the concept of health first in education,and make Full course content and Sufficient course length to help students enjoy fun,strengthen their physique,improve their personality and exercise their will in physical exercise." Since the birth of physical education and health curriculum,there have been problems such as inconsistent theoretical status and actual status,"uneven opening" and "insufficient opening".In this regard,the state issued a number of policy documents,experts and scholars actively explore,different regions,schools also in accordance with the "open qi full physical education" requirements,continuous reform practice,and achieved good results.However,the problems of "incomplete" and "insufficient" of "physical education" are still outstanding,which are obvious gaps between the policy requirements and teaching practice,as well as between the training objectives and students' quality.Under this background,on the premise of clarifying the connotation and standard of "Full course content and Sufficient course length",this paper takes urban primary schools in kaizhou district of chongqing as the investigation object,systematically analyzes the current situation,difficulties and breakthrough path of "Full course content and Sufficient course length" in urban primary schools,and draws the following conclusions:1)The understanding of "physical education" in "Full course content and Sufficient course length" should not be limited to 40 minutes of physical education,but should include extracurricular activities,extracurricular training and extracurricular competitions."Fullcourse content" is related to the content of the course,which means that the contents inside and outside the class must meet the provisions and requirements of the curriculum,including sports skills,health education,safety education,physical exercise,sports literature and history,extracurricular exercise,extracurricular competition and other six parts."Sufficient course length" is related to the duration of the course,which means that the duration must meet the relevant regulations,including the duration of in-class teaching,large class break activities,and after-class physical exercise.On the whole,the term "Full course content and Sufficient course length" refers to the in-class and out-of-class physical activities in which the content and duration of the courses meet the prescribed standards and policy requirements.2)The problem of "Full course content and Sufficient course length" in urban primary schools in kaizhou district of chongqing is prominent,which is mainly manifested in the fact that the course content is sports technology as the absolute core,the content of safety education,health education,sports literature and history is seriously missing,and the failure of "Full course content and Sufficient course length" is mainly manifested in the fact that some schools still have substandard weekly class hours,and the length of after-school activities and exercise is seriously insufficient.3)chongqing state city elementary school failed to open the "Full course content and Sufficient course length" is "a line of 'open his full physical education teachers" understanding unclear "insufficient sports teachers configuration not neat," "sports safety accident" "lack of places available for rainy days movement" "Full course content and Sufficient course length steering fatigue" "curriculum status is difficult to ascend",etc.4)based on the current dilemma that "or with sufficient professional teachers" "promotethe discipline position of" sports and health course "will open his Full course content and Sufficient course length standard is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people" "due to physical security accident limit shall be investigated for the school responsibility" "develop indoor gym class" "perfect supervision mechanism,strengthen supervision" as the open state city elementary school break through the path of "open Full course content and Sufficient course length".
