Dynamic Construction Of Chang'an University Faculty Research

As main body of university teaching, teachers are chief sources of university development. Chang'an University faces new development opportunities and pressures in the new era. The teaching staff building is the key to achieve the leaping development of the university. Based on the current situation of the teaching staff building of Chang'an University and guided by concerned theory, the paper probes the teaching staff building of Chang'an University from the perspectives of policy arrangement, mechanism design and detailed measures by introducing new view of dynamic building..The paper points out the importance of higher education as well as the weakness of the past researches at the very beginning and then analyzes the weakness and problems of the teaching staff building from the aspects of number, structure and achievement. Compared with the domestic and oversea teaching staff building, the paper introduces concerned theory and probes the necessity and possibility of dynamic teaching staff building of Chang'an University; it further analyzes characteristics and theoretical basis of the dynamic teaching staff building, predict the development tendency of the teaching staff building of Chang'an University in the following few years with the application of prediction and control model and show the gap between teaching staff they have and they need in the following years; based on this, the paper puts forward pertinently a series of countermeasures and suggestions for dynamic teaching staff building of Chang'an University.
