| We emphasize on cultivating creative thinking and practical capability of students in the education for all-round development. Inquiry learning, as a kind of new and efficient learning mode, appeared with time. It's useful for cultivating students' capabilities, especially for cultivating creative capability, and it adapts to the demand of quality education.In the article, some theoretical problems on Inquiry learning in physics are taken into consideration preliminarily and meticulously. On the basis of these, the author puts forward. "Graduation Goal - Guide and Inquiry "physical teaching mode, so that Inquiry learning in physics is founded into the study of students creatively. Furthermore, the author makes some searches for pertinent factors in practicing pattern.The whole article is divided into seven parts.The first, based on current educational situation, the emphasis of carrying on Inquiry learning in physics teaching is illuminated.The second, origin and essence of Inquiry learning is discussed with literature and mind.The third, the basic feature is analyzed with theory.The forth, the goal of physical Inquiry learning is discussed broadly in the respect of ability, emotion and knowledge.The fifth, according to the physical teaching standard, the contents of physical Inquiry learning is discussed.The sixth, based on formerly theory and experience, "Graduation Goal - Guide and Inquiry" physical teaching mode is put forward, the content is illuminated, the structure of mode is analyzed, and the guiding effect of teacher is established. Furthermore, it is testified with the example of physical Inquiry learning.The last, the author proves into the problems of physical teacher's education mind and teaching ability, the problems of students' learning method and the system of instructional evaluation about physical ability.Although, breakthrough in theory is made, the article still has some defect.
