In the 21th century,a knowledge-based economy's century,with the rapid development of science and technologyjcnowledge-based economy requires education to conduct overall reforms to meet the needs of the knowledge-based economy's development. The hope of vitalizing nationalties relies on education and the hope of vitalizing education relies on teachers.Teachers are the executives of quality education.
