Quality-oriented education is a great education project concerning the future of our country as well as the destiny of the nationality. In accordance with the characteristics of our future society and the trend in educational reforms in developed countries, quality-oriented education is regarded as the best operation mode of training talented people in the 21st century. The article deals with how to implement of quality-oriented education through the teaching biological experiment in secondary school both in theory and in practice, helping students to become noble man, to seek more knowledge, to improve their way of thinking and to achieve creation and coordination. The article can be used as reference for most middle-school teachers to conduct biological experiment teaching and implement quality-oriented education.1. Part 1 is introduction, summarizing the background of the topic concerned, the aim of the research and its significance.2. Part 2 discusses and proves relations between biological experiment teaching and quality-oriented education and the position and the role of biological experiment teaching in quality-oriented education. It studies the theoretical basis of implementation of quality-oriented education in biological experiment teaching psychologically.3. Part 3 clarifies the present situation of our domestic biological teaching and some existing problems, summarizing the foreign advanced experience achieved by attaching importance to the development of student's ability in teaching biological experiment. On the basis of it, the goals and content are put forward. Firstly, students are trained to acquire basic knowledge and skills about biology. Secondly, students are made to cultivate their logical outlook on science. Thirdly great emphasis is laid on the stimulation of students' sense of science. Fourthly, more importance is attached to the cultivation of students' ability. Fifthly, we should develop students to care for emotions of the mankind and enhance their sense of responsibility towards society. In addition, requirements of implementing quality-oriented education towards teachers and evaluation of students in biological experiment teaching are brought forward.4. Part 4 studies the plan and cases in the implementation of the quality-oriented education in biological experiment teaching. For instance, the way to develop students' outlook towards scientific experiment and their ability to think and its cases concerned; the teaching methods of using explorational experiment teaching to implement quality-oriented education, its theoretical proof, characteristics as well as some cases concerned; the way to make good use of experiment to develop students' inquisitive trend and its cases concerned; the way to implement quality-oriented education by means of processional experiment teaching and its cases concerned; the way to employ demonstration experiment to carry out the education on moral and aesthetic standards ,and so on.5. Part 5 is the generalization of the whole passage.
