This paper concerns on quantitative study of China's social sciences. Its basic concern is practical-how to improve the level of China's social sciences research now or in the very near future. Its fundamental proposal is to set up a national checking system of the innovation of social sciences. Its purpose is to allocate scares source of China's social sciences.The paper is composed of four parts.Part I: "Introduction." It introduces the purpose of this composition and makes a sketch of the current study on social sciences. It also introduces the method of Content Analysis.Part II: "Quantitative study of China's social sciences" It presents that applied social sciences be strengthened more than pure sciences. It also suggests extending quantitative methods on social science research.Part III: "Types of Comments on China's social sciences" It introduces and appraises some different types of specialists organized. It also talks on the "core journal".Part IV: "Setting up a checking system of social sciencesbased on innovation." In a word, China's social sciencescan be benefited from the special checking system.
