With the transition of economic structure and the development of society, educational behavior model needs optimization. If the educational behavior model in planned economy system could be called product- produce model, then itshould be transformed to a new model--service- consumemodel in market economy system. The thesis is composed of three sections.Section 1 is the analysis of product- produce model. It is such a model that plan is taken as basis mean of distributing education resources and students are processed as resource by schools and at the end it will produce product- talented person which are ordered by country. Through the analysis of the model, the old product- produce model has not fit for the needs of socialdevelopment and it requested the emergent of a new model--service- consume model.Section 2 is the formation of service- consume model. Firstly, it illustrates the necessity and possibility of the formation of the new model, then, it describes the formation of the model from the elements and relations in behavior and concludes that service-consume model is such a model that market mechanism is taken as the basis mean of distributing resource and schools exchange educational service with the students, at last, it introduces thefunction of the model.Section 3 introduced the transformation of the two model. It deals from two aspects role and relation. The educational producers becomes rational educational service- suppliers, education objects become ration education consumers education planners becomes rational macro- regulators; in relationship, the production relation between the education needier and suppliers is tarns formed to exchange relation and the rebuilding relation between teachers and students is transformed to equal intercourse relation.
