This paper was based on the Chemical classroom teaching CPUP model advanced byProfessor Zheng Changlong, and developed the implementation quality scale for evaluatingdiscuss and exchange teaching behavior chain in chemical classroom teaching from theperspective of the primitive system. Expect to provide secondary school teachers with thetheoretical support and targeted reference, further new ideas and methods for chemistryclassroom teaching evaluation.This paper adopted literature analysis, interviews, classroom observation methods inorder to develop the quality six scale used for evaluating chemical class elementary systemdiscussion teaching behavior chain implementation, used spss11.5, amos17.0for the dataanalysis, and finally determined the formal scale through the project analysis, exploratoryfactor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. This scale included three dimensionsrespectively effective instructor-degree, student-engagement, teacher-student interaction, andten items. In this scale, three factor model fitting index was good, the dimension of reliabilitywas more than0.9.Based on the application of the scale, the study found model classes were better thannormal classes in dimension and each item. There were no significant differences betweenconcept principle classes and element compound classes. In the normal classes, conceptprinciple classes were better than element compound classes in the aspects ofstudent-engagement and teacher-student interview.
