Abstract/Summary:
This paper researches the effect on vascular endothelial endocrine and studies it's mechanism after acute exhausted exercise and training with different load in rat. After acute exhausted exercise and training of 8 weeks with different load, the contents of vWF, VEGF, TNF-α, IL-1β, ET were analysed. The results showed: 1.After acute exhausted exercise, the contents of vWF, VEGF, ET in rats raised significantly and it suggested that acute exhausted exercising may induce injury to vascular endothelia, and affect the function of vascular endotheliocyte endocrine. 2.The training with mid-load has profit to promote the adaptation of vascular endothelia, and stimulate secreting of VEGF, induces vascular endothelia growth, improves circulation. 3. Continuously, high-load training for long terms, being very tired, It has adverse affection on the function of vascular endothelial endocrine.
