For a long time, examination-oriented education has been occupying the predominant position in our country's senior high school education. The broad masses of student, teacher and parent are dissatisfied at this. Combinative curriculum reformation, considering mathematics subject's characteristic and mathematics education's future development tendency, this thesis studies thinking quality of the senior school student and discusses how to train thinking quality.The Psychologists in Europe and in former Soviet Union early studied quality of thinking and obtain many important results. The research of our country In this respect is later, but also obtained some result.The substance of thinking quality is the difference expression of the individual thinking ability, and also is the character difference that puts up during the time when activity of thinking occurs and develops. It mainly includes five aspects: deepness, flexibility, criticalness, originality, agility. Those five aspects describe quality of thinking from the different angle: deepness incarnate thought's deepness; flexibility of thinking incarnate thought's variety; criticalness of thinking incarnate one's own view; originality of thinking incarnate thought's novelty; agility of thinking incarnate thought's speed. They still have the relation of certain logic level of structure: deepness is the foundation of the other quality; flexibility and criticalness is a development on the foundation of the deepness; flexibility is with the criticalness mutually combinative, then express the originality; Had thosequality, then express the agility. These five aspects are mutually connected. They are also inseparable whole organism and integrated parts of thinking quality.The student expresses some difference during studying and problem-solving process, these difference reflect student individual's difference on thinking ability, that's the difference of thinking ability. According to these difference, I tallied up the characteristic of each thinking quality, then combinative these characteristic and actual teaching, design the teaching principle whose core is " educating thinking quality" and available teaching path.The teaching principle that we need to follow includes: system principle, process principle, valid migration principle and feedback control principle. The path to educating thinking quality has: regarding the convergent thinking as the core to educating deepness; regarding the divergent thinking as the core to educating flexibility and originality; regarding the discrimination of thinking as the core to educating criticalness; regarding the skip thinking as the core to educating agility. During teaching process, there is alone educate which aiming at the five kinds of thinking qualities, there also is notice the whole organism of these five kinds of thinking quality. The Psychologists have no winning good breakthrough to today in the aspect of evaluating by quantity. This thesis consult Professor zhixianZhu's many methods and combine didactical actual in high school, then amend partially.I made use of the above teaching principle into the two classes that I taught, finished after one year's teaching experiment. During experiment, I strictly controldisturb variable for ensuring experiment's effect.I recorded the data that come from the experiment, then analyzed it and discover: mathematics score and the five aspects of quality of thinking all have a big Progress.This experience result supports experiment assumption.
