To improve national quality and to train innovative spirit critically consists in education. It is education that is the base of one nation's progresses and developments and that is the basic way to enhance national quality and ability. Fundamentally, the pinpoint of new educational ideas is to change traditional education with "examination type" into a newly "quality type" one. And the soul of quality education is to cultivate students' creative capabilities and innovative minds.This thesis aims at training students' innovative quality. It suggests that the concept of multiple teaching is used for guiding teaching. The concept of multiple teaching is a teaching idea that is based on multiple philosophical thinking and the theory of multiple intelligences, and that approves that teaching is dynamic , flexible and changeable, and advocates diversified conclusions. The concept is that method and process for gaining conclusion are manifold, and that emphasizes to seek differences, and to pursue individuality, and to tolerate others, and to encourage innovation. It is opposed to singleness and autocracy in teaching, as well as argues to seek common ground and unity unconditionally. The core of the concept of multiple teaching is to innovate and it is an important prerequisite of students' innovation quality.The paper reviews and ponders the history and status of our country education, and analyzes the practical significance about multiple philosophical thinking and the theory of multiple intelligences to our country education .It makes four demands to teachers' quality, namely, the concept of multiple teaching, multiple knowledge structures, teaching capability of scientific research, and good individuality. It is mainly concerned with the basic principles under the guidance about the concept of multiple teaching, including the following three parts:1. Selectivity of teaching.The selectivity of teaching is that teachers should not present a single correct way in teaching in advance, but provide several selections, so that students have enough space of thought to choose and judge them. And also, we should encourage and guide students to express their individual viewpoints.2. Leniency of teachingThe leniency principle of teaching is that teachers should keep a lenient, encouraging and appreciating attitude in teaching to students' doubt and seeking for difference, but not be overcritical and stifle. Doubt and seeking difference reflect diversified thought of students. Naturally, it is just the beginning of innovation, and very valuable, we must protect it carefully.3. Process of teachingThe so-called process of teaching is that teachers shouldn't excessively attach importance to results of teaching, but to process ofteaching. We should make the process of teaching diversify and lead cognitions of students from varieties to uniformity.Soon afterwards, I shall briefly introduce the evaluations of implementing the concept of multiple teaching for one year. In the last part of this paper, I simply make a summary for the paper.
